Weight Watchers Diet




Weight watchers diet is a very popular plan and most communities have meetings available for support. When you are weighed in , your weight isn't announced publicly which is a fear many have in advance of attending a meeting.

There is a points plan that is counted. You can eat foods and budget your points across the day. Because low points foods tend to be healthy ones this apporach works well. They calculate the points based on size of portion, number of calories, fat grams and amount of fiber. You also have some flex points you can use however you wish (ie buy some weight watcher frozen ice cream ). This makes you conscious actually of portion size.

Some weight watchers meals are served at Applebees and Weight Watchers has a cookbook of 150 restaurant favorite dishes as well to reproduce at home. What's nice about this book is that each recipe is only 8 points or less. Instead of eating out or doing take-out you can make classics such as Szechuan chicken with Peanuts or Shrimp Pad Thai and have the enjoyment without the guilt.
