Practices In Mental Health

What are the practices in mental health? Most people believe that mental health experts merely sit and discuss problems with patients. Suzanne Somers has been on tv with her "Get Skinny on Fabulous Food" plan. It is based on not mixing proteins and carbs together (due to enzyme mixing).
